I love the Church, I love being a pastor, and I love bringing leaders from diverse backgrounds together to learn and grow. My purpose for creating ICL emerges from a desire to see churches led by compassionate, competent leaders who learn the art of developing chemistry with those they lead. A core goal of ICL is to provide scholarships for the theological education of clergy who feel called to serve in the local church.

I am fortunate to be married to my amazing wife, Ashleigh, and we have two incredible children, Scarlett Grace and Anderson Blake. I have the joy of serving as the senior pastor of Cascade UMC in Atlanta, GA – a multisite church committed to making church relevant through discipleship, service, and social justice.
