The Institute for Clergy Leadership is offering a one-year cohort to equip you with tools that are vital for ministry today. This is an investment in your ministry.  For one year, you’ll participate in two in-person intensives and three online sessions covering a range of topics that include preaching, church administration, casting vision, managing organizational change, and much more. You’ll also have an opportunity to receive additional one-on-one coaching sessions with Dr. Kevin Murriel by reservation. This cohort will enhance your ministry through intentional engagement and will increase your capacity to reach more people in more places.

September 19-21, 2023 – Fall Intensive – Preaching and Church Administration

Designed specifically to increase the effectiveness of proclamation by covering content creation, preaching etiquette, and method development. Learning from organizational leaders, you will gain strategies on how to establish and manage an effective church staff, and also ways to inspire and lead your congregation for long-term growth and impact. 

FEB. 6-8, 2024 – Winter Intensive – Visioning, Strategic Planning, and Digital Evangelism 

Online sessions: During the year, three online sessions will be hosted to address other practical areas of ministry.

Cost – $1,600 (covers all materials, onsite meals, and sessions)

Payment 1: $800 (due at registration)

Payment 2: $800 (due February 1, 2024)
